SERVICE BACK-UP

Your dedicated engineer will assess and recommend a suitable service schedule depending on your environment type.

Planned maintenance is a necessity in order to avoid any downtime. Maintenance packages are negotiable at any time during the life of your equipment and are not in any way compromised by the age of the machine.

Contrary to belief we still support some older systems which are in excess of 20 years of age. We never put pressure on any of our customers to upgrade to new equipment, by refusing to support CiJ Ink Jet Coders once they reach the 5 year period of use.

 
CONSUMABLES

We provide a massive array of ink types: From standard MEK black inks to alcohol based coloured inks. Thermo-chromic, glass etching, anti reticulating, vapour penetrating and more recently a UV curing water based ink which dries faster than MEK variants onto most substrates with excellent adhesion onto most substrates.

A full range of Coloured inks from white to black, porous and non porous.

HIRE DIVISION

We have a dedicated Hire Division at Coding and Handling, whatever your requirements may be.

Long term, short term, we even offer Hire to buy options, for those that are unsure if a particular project will take off, but need to produce a limited amount of produce.

The buy clause can be activated at any given time with money refunded on hire paid against an agreed sliding scale.

WILLETT INK-JET-CODERS

We specialise at Coding and Handling on all of the old Willett Ink Jet Coders; from the 3800 systems from the 1980′s through to the 3900 system of the early 1990′s up to the 400 series variants from the late 1990′s to the last production models of 2010.

We stock the largest supply of parts anywhere in the globe for these coders.

We have full workshop facilities for full restoration and electronic board repair.
